What do I need to run it?
A Windows 10 or 11 PC with an Nvidia graphics card that has at least 4 GB of VRAM (for example a GTX 1650 or better — most gaming PCs from the last several years qualify). More VRAM lets the wizard pick a smarter model. Full details in the system requirements below.
What about Mac, Linux, or AMD graphics cards?
Not yet. … is Windows-only and Nvidia-only today. If there's enough demand we'd love to support Mac and AMD, but we won't sell you something that doesn't exist yet — please don't buy it hoping.
Is it really private?
Yes — and you don't have to take our word for it. After setup, disconnect your PC from the internet entirely and … keeps working, because the AI model, the voice, your memory, and your chat history all live on your own disk. The app only touches the network to download models you ask for and to check for updates. A cloud AI can't pass that test. Details on the privacy page — it's short, because we collect nothing.
Is it ChatGPT?
No. ChatGPT runs on warehouses of servers and reads everything you send it. … runs a smaller open-source brain on your single graphics card — genuinely useful for writing, brainstorming, questions, and summarizing, but not going to match the biggest cloud AIs on hard problems. That's the honest tradeoff: a smaller brain, total privacy, and it's yours. We'd rather tell you that upfront than have you find out after buying.
Can it browse the web?
No — and that's the point. … answers from the knowledge inside its model and from files you choose to give it. An AI that can't reach the internet is an AI that can't leak your conversations to it.
What's the refund policy?
14 days, no questions asked. If it doesn't run well on your machine or just isn't for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. Details in the refund policy.
Do I need an account or an API key?
No. There's no account, no login, and no API key. You buy it, you install it, it's yours.
Who will the charge come from?
Payments are handled by Stripe's Link, which is the merchant of record for the sale. Your bank statement will show LINK.COM* REEVELOCAL.C, and your receipt will say "Sold through Link." That's us — it's the same purchase.
